Today I'm sharing my handmade embellishments that I have created for my feminine Scrapbook Collection kit. In my self-imposed challenge to create my own scrapbook collection, I began this mixed media project by selecting patterned papers and creating my own background papers! Now I'm delving into embellishments. I show you the colours I have selected, the mediums and tools used, and how to create your own embellishments, clusters and tags. I draw inspiration from the motif elements of the pattern papers in my collection kit (*See Collection video number 1. • Make your own Scrapbook Collection or Two!... ). You will learn how to stamp, colour and construct your embellishment, which can help you use up your scrapbook/art supplies and potentially save your budget. It's an easy process, to develop your own collection kit embellishments, selecting materials/media from your scrapbook/art stash and connecting the mood and feel of the products within your own handmade creations. Later, I will show you how to create both feminine and masculine background papers and embellishments to build your own kits, using mixed media products and tools. So, make sure you hit the subscribe button to learn how to create your own amazing products. Watch the full and longing Scrapbook Collection playlist here • Make your own Scrapbook Collection.
