Today we have a question from Jordan who asked: "Chewy, what is the best way to learn from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructionals?" This is a great question, as there are tons of BJJ instructionals out there in the Jiu-Jitsu world, and they can be useful if you know how to use them. They can also be overwhelming if you're not sure how to use them. So, in this video I'll talk about my process of using instructionals and how I get the most out of them.
