Jafar abad neighborhood of Tehran is located in area one of Tehran municipality. Jafar abad is one of the old neighborhoods of Shemiran region, whose main street has been renamed Shahid Jafari Street today. Jafar abad used to be full of gardens and trees, at the end of which you could see a view of the mountains, but today, with the uncontrolled growth of construction, there are almost no traces of those gardens and trees. Of course, there is almost no name and address left from Jafar abad, but the residents of this area still use the name Jafar abad. This neighborhood is limited to Tajrish neighborhood from the south and Zafaranieh neighborhood from the west.
