Cara opened the first GOURMET raw restaurant in 1994 in San Francisco then later in Santa Monica, to happy repeat customers like Woody Harrelson, Justin Timberlake, Kevin Bacon, Heath Ledger, Jessica Biel, Barbara Streisand, etc. etc. I've been flown all over the world, meeting with heads of government in Russia and Germany, and was health consultant to the U.S. military WMD first responders. I used to work in the movie business, completed my own 2.5 million dollar film, and now use my Hollywood experience to make health inspiring, entertaining and fun.
