The second part of our safari at Musekese Camp. For more information, check their website: https://www.jefferymckeith.com The amazing wildlife sightings continue in this second part of our Musekese Camp safari in Kafue National Park, Zambia. We found elephants several times, drinking from the river or playing in the mud. Also a pride of lions feeding on a prey. Also, I take you on a brief tour to the tent we were staying in. Tent #1, Leadwood, to be precise. We had a very comfortable stay here. The tent is really spacious and has great views over the dambo. You can spot wildlife looking through the huge windows or sitting in the chairs on your private deck. There's also a more serious note in this video. On our safari we came across a sad lion and an even more unlucky hyena. The lion is missing one foot, the hyena one and a half leg. Both caused by snares of poachers. Although there is no active poaching in the area, wildlife is still under threat due to snares that are still out there in the bush. Despite this, it also shows how tough these animals are, surviving with big injuries like these. On a more positive note: the owners not only started two safari camps in Kafue National Park, but also a conservation foundation. Please donate to help them remove the snares from the bush and protect wildlife.
