If you're trying to get Mach3 to control your spindle (starting, stopping and speed control), but having issues, this video may help you get that sorted out. It took a while, but I finally got it working. Now Mach3 can start, stop and adjust speed of my spindle. I'm using the Gecko G540 with Mach3 v3 and an Ebay bought 2.2kw Huanyang VFD and Spindle.
