Place flour in a bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the yeast and warm water. Mix the yeast with some of the surrounding flour and let it activate for about 10 minutes, until bubbly. Step 2. Add eggs, sugar, oil, and salt. Step 3. Mix all ingredients, gradually adding warm milk to form a dough. Knead for about 10 minutes until the dough is soft and pliable. Add melted butter and knead for 5 more minutes. Step 4. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Step 5. Prepare the filling by mixing both sugars and cinnamon; set aside. Step 6. Divide the dough and shape each piece in a round ball. Place on towel and let rise for 20 minutes. Roll out each dough ball on a floured surface. Spread melted butter evenly over it, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture. Step 7. Roll the dough tightly to form a long log. Then fold it, flatten it with the palm of the hand and make a cut in the middle. Step 8. Place on a greased cookie sheet or cake pan. Step 9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 40 minutes, until lightly golden brown. Step 10. Make the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and melted butter. Spread over warm cinnamon rolls. Serve immediately and enjoy! Cook’s Note For extra flavor, add a touch of vanilla extract or a pinch of nutmeg to the filling. You can also let the dough rise overnight in the refrigerator for an even fluffier texture.
