The nearest station is directly connected to Takeshiba Station on the Yurikamome Line. The lunch was served in the Chef's Live Kitchen on the third floor of the hotel. It is a live kitchen buffet where the chef prepares and serves the food right in front of you. A Hokkaido gourmet themed buffet is being held from September 6 to November 30, 2023. The all-you-can-eat snow crab buffet, available only on weekdays, and the all-you-can-eat sushi buffet for lunch are popular. For sushi, each person will have as much of the fish of his or her choice made right in front of him or her. After entering the restaurant and taking your seat, you will be served your first dish of soup. The collagen-rich soup is very tasty and raises your expectations for the other dishes. For lunch, there are many limited menu items. Two types of curry, two types of ramen, bouillabaisse, etc. all use Hokkaido ingredients. All of them are all-you-can-eat and delicious. For dessert, in addition to cakes, there are sweets made by the chef. Especially popular are the hand-squeezed Mont Blanc, puff ice cream, and parfaits, all of which are all-you-can-eat. The drink bar has soda water, and the soda drinks you can make yourself with different syrups are fun and delicious. The dishes are all elaborately prepared and delicious, and we enjoyed them until the end of the day. We visited on a weekday, but there were many people waiting before the restaurant opened, and by past midnight the seats were almost full. Inside the restaurant There seemed to be a lot of couples, families with children, girls' night out, and friends. There were a wide range of ages, young and old, men and women, and I saw some groups of people. I was disappointed to see so few people using the restaurant alone. Reservations are made online, and for reservations for one person or more than 9 people, you must call the restaurant directly to make a reservation.
