Todd Denkin, CEO of Digipath Inc., was in the studio at MoneyTV with Donald Baillaregeon to discuss Digipath Labs, GroSciences and expansion into Colombia. Todd Denkin and Dr. Cindy Orser are heading to Hemp University at the University of Oregon to discuss hemp lab testing. Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp Inc., will also be joining them as well. Together, Digipath Inc and Hemp Inc., are working on expanding to Oregon. MoneyTV host Donald Baillargeon starts by introducing Todd Denkin. “Todd is the CEO of a company called Digipath Inc. DIGP is their stock symbol. Todd, always good to see you. We have had you on Skype a few times in the last several weeks. Glad to have you back in the studio.” “Well thanks, good to be here.” “Tell us again what the company does.” “Absolutely,” Todd Denkin responds. “We are a cannabis testing company in Las Vegas, that also has a branch of data analysis because in the testing space what we do is collect a lot of data. We test potency and we test all the safety features like; Is cannabis safe from pesticides and heavy metals and microbials. All mandatory testing but we also test some for potency and the terpene profile and we do a couple of other things. We do the visual inspection and during that inspection we collect a lot of data. Over the past couple of years, through over 24,000 cannabis lab testing samples, we have developed a new company called GroSciences where we take the data and we analyze. Then we are able to create certain formulations and we can now license it out to other companies.” “That's interesting. Now you and your Chief Science Officer Dr. Cindy Orser are headed up to Hemp University at the University of Oregon this weekend. What's going on out there?” “It's a really big event hosted by Bruce Perlowin of Hemp Inc. Basically what is happening is a get together at an educational seminar from some of the greatest hemp minds here in the United States, up in Oregon and even around the world. And, it is really for the local farmers and the local entrepreneurs that are getting involved in the hemp industry to really touch some of the experts in the field. Ask the questions and really learn not only about hemp farming but also about the hemp business. “Cindy and I are going to go up and talk about how important testing is as we were just saying.” Todd Denkin continued. “Hemp has to be proven that its hemp. How you do that is by the THC level so everything has to be below .3% THC. Once you have shown that your hemp is below that number then you can now manipulate it and process it and sell it as hemp.” “Well, of course you will be making a lot of contacts up there. It makes sense for you folks to expand into Oregon I would assume.” Donald Baillargeon guesses. “Yeah, that's right. So, we are going to expand into Oregon. We are creating a hemp potency testing laboratory right on the Hemp Inc. property. They have a hemp processing center up there. It's a perfect time to go up there and meet all the individuals and to talk to all of the farmers. Quite honestly, Oregon is a very progressive and friendly, for both cannabis and hemp, state. It is really to be able to go up there and to touch the people, answer the questions and make them understand how important the business side of hemp is just as important as the growing side.” “Well, sounds a little bit like GroSciences,” Donald Baillargeon adds. “You are going to give them the tag line, the science to succeed.” “That's right, thanks for remembering that. That's what our goal is, education leads to really good legislation, right? It's always good to educate folks as to what exactly is going on, what should be going on, the regulations that you need be following. The things that you have to do just so you can succeed. That's what we do at GroSciences. We give folks the science to succeed. That is what we are going to do this weekend up in Oregon.” “I do want to touch on what you are doing in Colombia as well.” “So, Colombia is predicted to be one of the biggest players in the cannabis space. They passed a bunch of laws, they signed treaties with the FARC and with the indigenous people. They are subsidizing cannabis production. They are predicted to export about 40 tons of THC products a year. They have a perfect growing environment. They are right on the equator and we have the opportunity to open up a lab down there. We are actually just narrowing down on our location in Bogota and we should be open down there some time this year.” “Once again Digipath Incorporated. DIGP is their ticker symbol. Check this company out. Todd, always a pleasure, everything is always so exciting with your company.” Find out more about Digipath, Digipath Labs and Grosciences at: https://digipath.com https://digipathlabs.com https://grosciences.com OTC: DIGP Find us on Facebook and Twitter here: / digipathlabsnv / digipathlabs
