年末にひどい腰痛を患い、年始にかけて日常生活もままならない状態でしたがどうにか回復。バーチャルライド、近所のライドを経てどうにか外に出られそうな感触を得たのでリハビリ兼ねて三浦に出かけました。行き先は以前から興味はあったもののなかなか訪れる機会がなかった小網代の森、リハビリライドということもあって無理はできないので城ヶ島まで車で移動、いつも以上に緩くて短いサイクリング（ウォーキング）の記録です。冬の柔らかな日差しを一緒に感じていただければ幸いです。 In the end of December, I suffered from severe lower back pain and had difficulties even in daily life. With some care and rest, I’ve gradually recovered to make virtual ride on a cycle trainer, short ride around my home. After these trials, I decided to make a tour in Miura peninsula. I was still in rehabilitation stage and couldn’t push too hard. So I decided to rather “walk” in “Koajino forest nature reserve”, in Miura peninsula, Kanagawa prefecture. It is a rare spot where complete ecosystem along a stream from headwater to river mouth are reserved within 0.3 sq. mile. Ride distance was just 10 miles so it is rather a walking video than cycling. I hope you can share pleasant sun in the middle of winter.
