Using simple kitchen staples, we will transform regular rice poha into crispy, spicy sticks that are much healthier than store-bought chips. These Kurkure are sun-dried, meaning you can store them in an airtight container for months and fry them whenever those hunger pangs hit! The addition of ginger, green chilli, and cumin gives them an authentic Indian "chatpata" flavor. #pohakurkure #teatimesnacks #homemadekurkure #poharecipe #gujaratifood #crispysnacks #ricerecipes #namkeenrecipe #indianfingersnacks Ingredients Used: • 2 cups Rice Poha, चावल का पोहा • Green Chilli, Ginger, हरी मिर्च, अदरक • ½ tsp Cumin, जीरा • ¾ tsp Salt, नमक • ¼ tsp Papadkhar, पापडखार • Option: ½ tsp Baking Soda, बेकिंग सोडा • ¼ tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च • ¼ cup Water, पानी • 2 Days Sun Drying • Oil for Frying, तेल Method at a glance: After cleaning twice with water and soaking for an hour, we blend the poha into a fine powder, mix it with spices, and create a smooth dough. After shaping them into kurkure sticks, we let them dry in the sun for 2 days until they are completely moisture-free. Once fried, they puff up beautifully! You can add up masala of your choice to make it tastier.
