Put milk in a bowl, tear the bread and soak it. 2. Finely chop the onions, put them in a heat-resistant bowl and heat them in a 500W microwave oven for 3 minutes without wrapping. Put the oil in a frying pan and heat it over medium heat, fry the onions to give them a brown color, take them out and let them cool down.(When frying, it's important not to touch it too much and to add a brown color!) 3. Add ground minced meat, eggs, salt and pepper, allspice, and fried onion to a bowl and knead until sticky. 4. Divide the meat into 8 equal parts and shape them.
