Prime Agricultural Land Protection Bill 2026. Dr Anne Webster is the Nationals member for the Division of Mallee in Victoria. She is Shadow Minister for Regional Development, Local Government and Territories Shadow Minister for Regional Communications. Dr Webster completed a Ph.D at the Australian National University, with a doctoral thesis on adoption.
