A supercharged session of core mega-moves for a strong, tight mid-section and shredded abs from Julia Buckley - www.juliabuckley.co.uk Some of these moves are very advanced, requiring high levels of core strength, balance and co-ordination. Feel free to modify any of the moves to suit your level. Do not be disheartened if you struggle or need to take extra rest. This is to be expected for the first few weeks of doing this workout at the very least. Keep giving this session 100% effort and you will make progress as well as seeing and feeling the changes it ignites in your body. Points to remember: Training shoes are recommended for the first circuit but you can take them off for the rest if you want to Good form is essential and should always take priority over speed If you really need extra rests, take them, but remember that results are made outside of your comfort zone Don’t do anything that hurts Warm up before every workout and stretch out any tight muscles afterwards
