Are you thinking about getting into pottery? do you want to be able to throw on the go or in a limited space. £62 is a lot of money to take a punt on a wheel you see online, the reviews can be awful or too good to be true - lets face it - its hard to tell what's real these days! SO here is me throwing 350g of clay on this paNt wheel Please share and tell everyone if you think this is interesting. 350g is quite a lot of clay, you could happily throw less and you could spend a few years only throwing 350g quite happily. a beginner could throw cups, mugs, plates, bowls, vases, jugs and most things you would want to when you are just starting out. So here is how I have saved it in my notes , which is pretty much my review too. Pant good wheel https://amzn.to/4mzT9Le It's a good wheel and for £62 if you are just starting pottery or have had some lessons and want a wheel at home to practice on then this is great. TBH Im super surprised it and will definitely use it more. The main drawbacks are that I think it is ugly. and that there is no bat system for it so you have to get used to wiring it off the wheel. I much prefer bat systems! but if you get on the great pottery throw down like I did then you need to know how to wire off your pots. I had an email from a lady who's 11 year old daughter wanted to know a good wheel to start potting on , and this is a great option. it does plug into the mains but it also goes on this battery pack nicely https://amzn.eu/d/ewmsNHM **Wooden tools are from garrity tools and I would always say only use wooden tools if you can afford to. otherwise your hands are fine- as you can see here I don't use many tools at all. ***sorry I have hay fever in this video do let me know what you do and don't find interesting as I will be making and uploading lots more pottery videos and tutorials. follow me on Instagram @adamceramic website www.adamceramic.com #Pottery #Ceramics #WheelThrowing #ClayArt #PotteryMaking #HandmadePottery #PotteryProcess #PotteryVideo #CeramicArt #PotteryStudio #miniature #craft #diy #craftideas #airdryclay #airdry #handmade #hobby #cute
