Hello everyone! Today, I'll provide some insight into what I learned from making my first miniature tall ship model. Warlord Games' Black Seas models are nicely detailed and full-featured, great for throwing down a quick wargame in the Age of Sail, but they come with some extra considerations when compared to simple miniatures of people. Let's go over some of the differences that I found, and some of the mistakes I made, so that you don't need to make them for yourselves when you choose to dive into Black Seas!
