Baron Zemo + the Auto-Debuff Boost is Busted in Nightmare Raids

Baron Zemo is absolutely busted with the Nightmare Raids boost that gives him cleanse charges whenever he dexes an attack, and fury passives whenever he cleanses a debuff (with a debuff being applied every time he blocks an attack). What makes this so good for Zemo is that it ramps up his damage very quickly since he can just block five attacks to root the opponent and start applying his bleeds to them. He can then just do this over and over and over again.
