This newer I-Cord tool is easy to use and makes cords even faster than crochet and knit ones. In this tutorial I'll show how to make an I-Cord using both the 3 hook I-Cord tool as well as the 4 hook I-Cord tool. This tool, which looks like several latch hooks placed together, makes it easy to create an I-Cord. An I-Cord is traditionally made with either a spool for spool knitting, double pointed knitting needles for regular knitting, as well as a crochet hook to create a crochet I-Cord. An I-Cord has been known in the distant past as French knitting, spool knitting, as well as a stay-lace. I'm using worsted medium 100% acrylic yarn along with both the 3-hook I-Cord tool as well as the 4-hook I-Cord tool for my samples. Any questions, feel free to ask. Please enjoy this video!
