It's Time For the Seattle Supercross! | Pre-Race Newsbreak

There were a couple of factors working against this weekend's sixth round of the 2026 Monster Energy Supermotocross Championship in Seattle, Washington. Of course, inclement weather is always a possibility in the Pacific Northwest, and rainfall was predicted throughout the week leading up to the race. Making matters worse for the track builders was the Seattle Seahawks' big Super Bowl win, as celebrations in Lumen Field kept the Dirt Werx crew from starting on the track until mid-afternoon on Wednesday. As it turned out, the weather held out until today, and the crew got the track built and covered with plastic before the skies opened up. We got the full scoop about the challenges and delays from Feld Motorsports' Alec Gaut, talked to some of the racers, and quizzed a couple of mechanics, in this week's Pre-Race Newsbreak, presented by Yamalube.
