🛠️ Harley-Davidson Sport Glide Spark Plug Change + Fuel Tank Removal | PV4 Tuning Issues & Gasket Leak Discovery In this video, I walk through the full process of removing the fuel tank on my Harley-Davidson Sport Glide 107 to access and replace the spark plugs. Surprisingly, the factory-installed NGK plugs held up well after 4 years, but I swapped them out for fresh OEM 6R10 plugs for peace of mind and performance. Along the way, I share my experience dealing with a Stage 1 tune and a frustrating Power Vision PV4 licensing issue, which has temporarily stalled my tuning progress. While removing the tank, I also uncover a minor rocker box gasket leak on the rear cylinder—subtle but starting to migrate oil along the front face. It’s not easy to spot, but definitely something I’ll need to address soon. If you're into Harley maintenance, DIY motorcycle upgrades, or just want a real-world look at Sport Glide tuning and troubleshooting, this one's for you. 📌 Topics Covered: Fuel tank removal on Harley Sport Glide Spark plug replacement (NGK to OEM 6R10) Stage 1 tuning challenges with PV4 Diagnosing rocker gasket oil leak 🔧 Subscribe for more hands-on Harley tech, customization tips, and real rider insights. #HarleyDavidsonSportGlide #MotorcycleMaintenance #PowerVisionPV4 #HarleyDIY #SparkPlugChange #Stage1Tune #RockerGasketLeak #HarleyLife #MotorcycleTech
