To createthe roof of a fairy house or a mooshroom hat I use a foam ball, which I cover with paper and dry leaves in the techniqur of Pressed Plants. To imitate a mushroom leg or a the walls of the house, I apply PVA glue to the paper and sprinkle with sawdust. The windows are decorated with miniature tree branches and mung beans, as is the chimney. Mung bean is a good substitute for bricks or stones in this product. 3 layers of the cardboard base of different levels are decorated with larger sawdust painted in the colors of the earth and grass.I made popsicle sticks for the steps. My find for crafts - dry tree pods, small acacia pods for door boards and window cornices.
