Today's video is my review of the Pit Boss 1100. This thing is a workhorse! It does take a bit of trial and error if you're going from a traditional wood smoker with no extra bells and whistles to an electric self feeding smoker. Wood vs. Pellets is not too far off from each other. 1100 square inches for plenty of smoking space. I use mine to smoke meats on Sundays for meat the first half of the next week, that way I can save a little money on steaks and add a different taste here and there for our carnivore diet.
