The Model C2 is the new and improved Model Ci.] Whether you need to disassemble the Model Ci for storage or transportation, it can be done in three simple steps. Start by removing the seat assembly by disconnecting the storage basket hooks from the accessory posts. Next, pull on the seat release lever located under the seat pan to release it from the drive base Securely hold onto the armrests and lift the seat assembly straight up and off the seat post, then lay it down on a flat surface. Next, lift the storage basket up to remove the velcro fastener that secures it to the front drive base. Lastly, to disconnect the front and rear drive bases, pull the base release lever towards you until the rear drive base is in an upright position.
