Sumerian Only - Mystic Metal Version AI Music, Lyrics by V.E.M. (Human), Licenses & Copyright 2026 by V.E.M. This is the Sumerian Only version - and is, of course, as per my own tastes, "Mystic Metal." It's long, because I actually listen to this during meditation. Created to honor an aspect of the Supreme Being I hold in very high regard (for its balance). Among languages, Sumerian/Cuneiform is among the oldest, if not the oldest written tongues, and I believe it to be first among 'Sacred Languages (divinely inspired).' AN (ANU) & ANTU - Sumerian Over-god (two halves of one whole) of Mesopotamian traditions. Their names literally mean "Heaven" or "Highest," the High Lord and Lady of Heaven, but also Heaven personified. AN was later called "Anu," in greater Mesopotamia. The image depicts the ancient city of Uruk, with the White Temple in the background (the ruins are still there in Warka, Iraq). AN was ascribed three wives over time - KI (Earth), who was divided from him by Enlil (Sky), and then married Antu (who I believe is 'ascendant Nammu' - the Creatrix of Humanity), and then Inanna/Ishtar (as her cult became popular enough to push Antu out). For me, in my internal mythological filter, ANTU is the eternal 'Other Half' of AN. I've believed for many years, that the Biblical God of Abram/Abraham - who came out of Chaldea/Sumer (Genesis 12:1 & Acts 7:4) - was the overgod 'Anu,' because of his association with Melchizedek (Genesis 14), Priest King of Salem, and the evident shared belief in EL Elyon (The Most High - the Canaanite version of AN/ANU). I am a syncratic sort - believing that the same entities (discarnate intelligences) appear repeatedly (as living archetypes) in various myths and religions across time and culture, with different names, but similar roles. It is of note, however, that 'the god of Abraham' was simply the personal god he served (his patron), and I would dare say he was not a monotheist (belief in only one god), but had devoted himself to the Highest. Abram/Abraham is the root of Judaism, Islam, and thereby Christianity also, which is what makes the meeting between Abram and Melchizedek pivotal in the history of the evolution of the Abrahamic ideas of God. For me, however, on my own path, AN-ANTU represent a balance and unity - as two halves of one being (reflections of each other), and as rulers not only of heaven, but via their children, rulers over the earth and the underworld as well (wholistic, neutral, balanced). Anu bore the Tablets of Fate - The Word - by which all the universe was ordered. There is also a coincidence I've always thought odd (synchronistic) - "IMMANUEL" the name of the promised/future Messiah in the Old Testament book of Isaiah (7:4). "Im Anu EL" This is an AI construct, but I do own the license and rights HYMN TO AN-ANTU: (White Temple of Uruk – Pre-Inanna Style) An gal lugal an-na-me-en Antu nin an-na-me-en mu-zu-ne mah-am₃ Great An, king of heaven, Antu, lady of heaven, Your names are exalted.
