Compared to Roshamuul West, Bones is mostly populated with Guzzlemaws. Many players would rather avoid solo hunting this spawn because Roshamuul West is that much easier. In terms of popularity, Roshamuul West is the better known of the two. But people forget that the Eastern counterpart is a very viable spawn. If you're comparing profit-wise, West will yield more since most of its' spawn are Frazzlemaws which have less life than Guzzlemaws. What makes Roshamuul Bones shine is the Pile of Bones spread throughout the map. By using them, there's a chance you can spawn a Guzzlemaw, and the refresh time for the Pile of Bones are really short. So in technicality, you can spawn multiple Guzzlemaws to maximize experience. Overall, profit-wise Roshamuul West will prevail, and experience-wise Bones will (at least for knights).
