Make stuffed Ravioli Pasta from scratch at home. Ravioli is a type of Pasta which is usually filled with stuffing and served with a variety of continental Pasta sauces. The most common stuffing amongst vegetarian stuffed Ravioli is Spinach and Ricotta cheese stuffing. Here I have tried to recreate this stuffing but instead of Ricotta cheese, I have used Processed cheese here. You can use any Cheese here like original Ricotta cheese, parmesan, chhedar or cottage cheese or whichever is available with you. Its going to taste amazing that's for sure. Also, originally olive oil is used for continental cooking but if at all you don't have olive oil, use any neutral flavored oil such as Rice Bran oil or sunflower oil. Here I have Made Marinara sauce which is tangy tomato based sauce but this Ravioli Pasta goes well with all types of Sauces so you can try it out with different sauce too if you wish. Ingredients: for the Pasta Dough: 1. Semolina(Sooji/Rava)-1/2 cup 2. Wheat flour(1/2 cup) *you can replace with all purpose flour(maida) 3. Salt- 1 tsp 4. oil- 3-4 tsp 5. Warm water- approx 1/2 cup For the stuffing: 1. Cooked and chopped Spinach- bunch 2. Bread crumbs- 2 tbsp 3. Grated Cheese- 1/2 cup 4. Salt- as per taste 5. Pepper- ! tsp 6. Mixed herbs- 1 tsp *you can add oregano, chilly flakes or any other herbs too if you wish For Marinara Sauce: 1. Oil- 1 tbsp 2. Garlic cloves- 6-7 3. Onion- 1 medium, sliced 4. Carrots- 2 medium or 1 large 5. Tomatoes- 4-5 medium sized 6. Salt- 1+ 1/2 tsp or as per taste 7. Pepper- 1 +1/2 tsp or as per taste 8. Mixed Herbs- 1 tsp 9. Red chilly garlic sauce- 2 tbsp (I used ready made Chinese red chilly sauce which is easily available in market) 10. Water- add as per the desired consistency. If you like thin sauce, add more water or if you prefer thick sauce, add less water. ** you can add any other herbs, chilly flakes and fresh basil too to this sauce. it tastes amazing.
