We started with an old Paughco frame, welded new tabs, fixed up some sketchy spots, and notched the top bar to squeeze in the Evo motor. Once the frame, oil tank, sissy bar, and rear fender were smoothed, primed, and painted, Loo took it back for assembly—while I got to work on a next-level metal flake tank. I’m talkin’ full flake, lowrider panels, airbrush details, and triple-stage clear for that deep glassy look.
