Another at home workout this time for your upper body and abs ! Let me tell you, it is a challenge! The best part is that you don't need any equipment for it and you can do it at home! I challenge you to do this at least 3 times a week and to not stop in between exercises! I even need to be a bit faster with my transitions hehe. These are great upper body and abs exercises, I promise you will definitely feel those muscles working! I will be posting more at home no equipment workouts for you to stay fit!
