BioTrackTHC Instructional Video Series for NM BioTrackTHC Traceability system. Explaining what reload program data does and why you would need to do it. Step by step instructions on how any BioTrack user can use reload program data to force their terminal to synchronization with the company database. This function is workstation specific and will update any computer that it is run on with the most up to date data on the company database. IE if you have three separate registers this function will need to be run once on each of them to make sure they are all utilizing the most up to date discounts, product information, etc. This only needs to be performed when you have a system-wide change performed on one terminal but needing to quickly accesible on all other workstations immediately.
