In the event that slides become disabled within your iN·Command® Control System, this video will help you determine the cause of the issue. // CHAPTERS 00:00 Introduction 00:15 Attention 00:27 Power Requirements of iN·Command® 00:50 Common Cause for Malfunctions 01:09 Tip #1 01:28 Tip #2 02:16 Contact Info // VIDEO DETAILS For iN·Command® to operate mechanical components properly, both adequate shore power and battery power are required. Not enough of one of the other can cause mechanical component functionality to cease. iN·Command requires a minimum of 10.7 Volts of Direct Current (VDC) to operate. If power levels fall below that at any time mechanical functions will be disabled, though monitoring and light functions will continue to work. This 10.7 VDC minimum requirement is a safety feature to ensure the motors and your mechanical components sustain no damage due to being underpowered. When mechanical functions fail to respond amid operation, or altogether for that matter, it can most often be attributed to a low battery level. // ABOUT ASA ELECTRONICS Since 1977, ASA has built a reputation for developing premium audio and video electronics specifically designed, engineered, and tested to withstand the rigors of the automotive, van, RV, heavy-duty truck, marine, construction, and agricultural environments.
