AGRONIC HS and HXA Liquid Manure tanker frames are narrower than normal, this provides for a large steering angle and excellent agility. The pumping and mixing arm of the tanker has a diameter of 168 mm and the support tubes of a rectangular diameter of 150mm. Draining speed is increased by 50%. Normal mixing and draining procedure require significantly less power. The mid-mounted pumping arm does not require the use of sump filling during operation. A single-piston type pump is filled, this requires less fuel and has less load on the PTO shaft. The HXA tanker comes standard with electronic forced-steering, which does not require any cables or steering rods to operate. There is no need for the tractor to do sharp turning angles in order to turn the tanker. When transferring from field to transport, the HXA system automatically locks the axles in the center position for transport (crab steering is disabled). When returning back into the field, the reduction in speed allows for the axles to be unlocked, and ready for operation. Control of this function can be set independently. In road transport the tanker does not sway or wander, it is very safe and stable. HXA series tankers are supplied with electronic control, crab steering, automatic reversing detection, brakes, and LS Hydraulics.
