Abdul Wahab Saleem Episode 7 | Verse 41-48 ﷽ وَآيَةٌ لَهُمُ اللَّيْلُ نَسْلَخُ مِنْهُ النَّهَارَ فَإِذَا هُمْ مُظْلِمُونَ Another sign for them is that We carried their seed in the laden Ark, وَخَلَقنا لَهُم مِن مِثلِهِ ما يَركَبونَ and We have made similar things for them to ride in. وَإِن نَشَأ نُغرِقهُم فَلا صَريخَ لَهُم وَلا هُم يُنقَذونَ If We wished, We could drown them, and there would be no one to help them: they could not be saved. إِلّا رَحمَةً مِنّا وَمَتاعًا إِلىٰ حينٍ Only by Our mercy could they be reprieved to enjoy life for a while. وَإِذا قيلَ لَهُمُ اتَّقوا ما بَينَ أَيديكُم وَما خَلفَكُم لَعَلَّكُم تُرحَمونَ Yet when they are told, ‘Beware of what lies before and behind you, so that you may be given mercy,’ وَما تَأتيهِم مِن آيَةٍ مِن آياتِ رَبِّهِم إِلّا كانوا عَنها مُعرِضينَ They ignore every single sign that comes to them from their Lord, وَإِذا قيلَ لَهُم أَنفِقوا مِمّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللَّهُ قالَ الَّذينَ كَفَروا لِلَّذينَ آمَنوا أَنُطعِمُ مَن لَو يَشاءُ اللَّهُ أَطعَمَهُ إِن أَنتُم إِلّا في ضَلالٍ مُبينٍ and when they are told, ‘Give to others out of what God has provided for you,’ the disbelievers say to the believers, ‘Why should we feed those that God could feed if He wanted?
