These Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls are loaded with tender ribeye, melty cheese, sautéed peppers and onions, and fried to golden perfection. Dip them in my homemade Bang-Bang Sauce and thank me later. Watch the full video to see how easily these come together! 🛒 Ingredients Cheesesteak Filling 1 lb sliced ribeye or skirt steak 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 cup grated mozzarella 8 slices provolone cheese 1 tbsp all‑purpose seasoning (I use My Everything by H5 Seasoning) 8–12 large egg roll wrappers Oil for frying (about 2 quarts) Bang-Bang Sauce 4 tbsp mayo 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce 1 tsp hot sauce 1 tsp rice wine vinegar Directions 1. Make the Filling: Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Add onions and peppers, season, and sauté for 4 minutes. 2. Push veggies aside and add steak in batches, chopping as you go. Mix everything together. 3. Add Worcestershire and cook until steak is no longer pink. 4. Stir in mozzarella until melted and combined. Let cool 10 minutes. 5. Assemble Egg Rolls: Add provolone + filling to each wrapper. Roll tightly and seal with water. 6. Fry: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry 3–4 at a time until golden brown (4–8 minutes). Drain and repeat. 7.
