J'adore | French Shabby Chic

Grab some tea and cookies because this video is a LONG one!! J’adore is one of the largest of all my creations. Within these elaborate pages lies a collection of glorious french items and personal effects belonging to one, sweet mademoiselle. Her book, "J'adore" is 8 x 5.5 inches with a 4-inch spine that holds over 200 beautifully decorated, inky papers dripping in fabulous french culture. This beauty is my last design team project for the talented Tina at @Shabbydabbydoodah and I wanted J'adore to showcase my appreciation and love for Tina's digital collage and her palette of saturated colors. J'adore is part of a journal swap that I am doing with a beautiful journal creator name Valerie Magrini!! She's relatively new at journal creating but crazy gifted as I would have never guessed, by the gorgeous book she gave me, that she has only been crafting journals for almost a year!! Her Etsy shop has recently sold out on all of her beautiful books, but I shall link her shop so that one of us can nab a creation of hers as soon as she puts one up for sale. Now, If only I could convince Valerie, Andrea Morrison, and Betty Calkins to set up YouTube videos of their work...
