This strength and cardio workout uses dumbbells and soda cans to burn calories required for weight loss. Soda cans are not critical but something similar is helpful for the cardio agility exercise and for a bit of fun. This workout will get your heartrate up and sweating for a good fat burn if you're on a weight loss journey. My aim is to provide challenging workouts for different fitness levels and ages and to show what is possible after your 40s, 50s and beyond. This one is however suitable for both beginners and more advanced with modified options included in the video. It is important to remember that nutrition is a significant part of weight loss.
