Orlando is an extremely popular place to move. In the past few years even more people than normal have moved to Orlando. I've lived in Orlando for over 30 years and love it. However, Orlando isn't for everyone. In this video, I talk about some of the reasons you may not want to move to Orlando. Orlando has been growing at a fast pace. I've talked to some friends recently who were mentioning how busy Orlando has gotten since they moved away two years ago. I agree that there is a noticeable difference of how many people live in Orlando. There is more traffic, more people at the grocery store, and more people at restaurants. There used to be parts of the Metro Orlando area that were pretty rural and a quite place to live. We're seeing that less and less now. So if you're looking to live in a quite town, Orlando may not be a great place for you to move. You don't like hot weather. Most people I talk to who are looking to move to Orlando, specifically want to move here because of the weather. Sometimes they don't realize how hot and humid it can get here. If you're able, it's best to visit Orlando in the hot summer months to get an idea of how hot it gets here. Also in the summer and fall months, we have hurricanes. So if hurricanes absolutely terrify you, you may want to not move to Orlando. All in all, Orlando is a great place to live, but it's not perfect and it's certainly not very everybody.
