Scripture reveals that His hand can also move in righteousness to correct rebellion, defend His name, and enforce divine justice. In Exodus, when God declared, “the hand of the LORD is upon…,” it was not advice—it was enforcement. Judgment is not cruelty. It is righteousness in action. It is God drawing a line and saying, “Enough.” And often, judgment is not merely punishment, it is deliverance. The plagues in Egypt were not random acts of anger; they were God dismantling oppression to free His people. This episode reminds us that the hand of God is powerful and holy. It cannot be manipulated, mocked, or ignored. Walk in reverence. Walk in alignment.
