Wheelchair style - Transfer Up Down From Deck At Public Pool - L1 injury 6-21-14

Put the towel underneath my waist & knees because the pool deck surface can scrape up the knees pretty bad. It is good to have the brakes on &/or having a person stand behind holding the Wheelchair steady. Wanted to do this transfer because the area was shaded & the Kids & Wife were going to spend a little time swimming. It was a Saturday & it was a little difficult finding a Public Pool that was open. Anyway it was nice to go to this Pool again because my Wife & i had not been to this Pool in more than 20 or 30 years. Many of the things i do are either done wrong or incorrectly. Doing things the incorrect way is probably what made me paraplegic in the first place.
