WELCOME! This third weeks living room streaming concert's theme is “Pop Meets Jazz”. Please make use of the Live Chat by while listening. I will read the comments and answer to questions at the end of the concert. I will try to arrange these solo concerts every Saturday during the Spring with a different theme every week. The concerts are free to enjoy. WILLING TO SUPPORT? You are welcome to order a program of the event for 10€ each. I will also write about why I chose these songs, what they mean to me and great versions that have influenced me. I will send the programs afterwards by email. A BIT ABOUT ME: Rob Dominis, a native of the USA, immigrated to Finland in 1989 after studying jazz piano at the University of Miami. He has been teaching at the Helsinki Pop/Jazz Conservatory since 1990 both as a private instructor and band/Workshop leader. In addition to his teaching duties, Rob keeps a busy gig schedule performing all over the country and abroad, in a wide variety of styles. Rob released a CD of jazz standards in 2015 and is currently arranging for a follow up. Stay tuned...
