We start by removing the stock toolhead and installing the ChromaHead with a custom mounting adapter. After connecting the KCM module, motor and head cables, and uploading the necessary Klipper configuration files, the printer is fully set up for synchronized 4-color printing. 🧩 What is the KCM Set? The KCM Set is a powerful upgrade kit that brings multi-color and multi-material printing to Klipper-based 3D printers like the Creality CR-10 SE. It supports up to 4 extruders independently and allows seamless color or material changes during a print. ✅ In this setup: We removed the stock head and electronics. Installed the ChromaHead and 8-in-1 module. Mounted CX-I extruders with printed brackets. Connected all wiring and configured Klipper via Mainsail. Painted and sliced a multi-color model in Orca Slicer. Printed a 4-color model with no tool changes or manual filament swaps. 🔗 Links used in this video: • Creality CR-10 SE Wiki: 👉 https://wiki.coprint3d.com/Setup-KCM-... • KCM Set Product Page: 👉 https://coprint3d.com/tr-tr/products/... • STL Files for ChromaHead Mount (CR-10 SE): 👉 https://github.com/coprint/Assembling... • Sigma Block Mounts for Extruders: 👉 https://github.com/coprint/Assembling... • Klipper Config Files for CR-10 SE: 👉 https://github.com/coprint/Printer-Co...
