How to SAFELY use multiple power supplies for crypto mining (4 ways!) 24-pin PSU splitters, Add2PSU

In this video I go over the 4 different ways of how to use multiple power supplies in one mining rig. Using 2 or more power supplies in the same crypto mining rig can be a great way to save money, as it is usually cheaper to buy two lower powered PSUs than one high powered PSU. For example 2x 850W PSUs will usually cost less than 1x 1600W power supply. And with the techniques I show you in this video, you will be able to plug 2 or more power supplies into your PC or mining rig safely. In the video I go over the techniques from worst to best. The most basic and "worst" way is just using a paperclip or exposed wire to trigger the 24-pin circuit on your secondary power supply. The second technique is very similar just using a cap for the 24-pin instead. The third technique is very common, using a 24-pin atx psu splitter cable that lets you plug 2 PSUs into the same motherboard. The fourth and recommended way is using what is called an Add2PSU-chip. These clever little Add2PSU chips lets you daisy chain multiple power supplies together safely and works by letting your primary PSU trigger your secondary ones to start instantly.
