They have delicious pirozhkis. I've really never had anything like it anywhere and the most important thing about their pirozhkis is their homemade dough, which is unique. They have four types of pirozhkis, roast beef pirozhki, minced meat pirozhki, chicken pirozhki and pizza pirozhki, which I think the first two are one of a kind. And as for Shole Mashhadi, which is arguably the most famous traditional dish of Mashhad and is very popular among Mashhadis, it is mostly cooked on special days.
