This Millennium Falcon from Star Wars took me a long time to complete, involving a full customization from the base model released by Altaya/DeAgostini. 3D printing additional/custom parts, painting, sculpting, engineering and building an electro-mechanized arm, programming the sequences and light patterns along some sound design. I also did design and build the dedicated cabinet with an integrated sound system. The final step was to design and make a remote to operate everything. Some technical details: -More than 100 LEDs. -More than 100 meters of optic fibers. -Cockpit side panels have been drilled (more than 70 times) to place 0.2mm rods to look like switches -Engineered, stainless steel electro-mechanized arm. -The cabinet is 100 x 80 x 84cm surrounded with aluminium to hold a High grade anti-UVprotective cover . -The Millennium Falcon is 80 cm long x 60cm wide. -3D printed Dejarik (game table) pieces are approximately 4 or 5 millimeters. -The training sphere shooting lasers is 3 millimeters -Characters are approximately 3cm . -R2-D2 can be placed either near the Dejarik table or near Han solo's computer (in place of Obi-wan) -C-3PO HAS A SILVER LEG -3D printed custom parts were added in the cockpit, main room, exhaust grill.. -The landing feet have been resculpted and customized, landing feet side covers have been hand sculpted. -The textures on the outer shell have been carved/sculpted Sequences can be switched to French.
