Join me on a scenic summer ferry journey aboard the SPIRIT OF BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC Ferries) from Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay (British Columbia, Canada). The video begins with a drive to the ferry terminal, followed by scenes from the terminal itself, the boarding process, and a peaceful crossing through the beautiful waters of British Columbia. Upon arrival, we witness the unloading at Swartz Bay. The SPIRIT OF BRITISH COLUMBIA is an S-class vessel, one of the largest in the BC Ferries fleet. Originally completed in 1993, the ship serves the Tsawwassen–Swartz Bay route and underwent a mid-life upgrade in 2018 to include a dual-fuel system, allowing it to operate on either marine diesel or liquefied natural gas, enhancing its environmental sustainability. This iconic ferry was constructed in two parts in British Columbia, with the forepart built by Allied Shipbuilders in North Vancouver and the remainder by Integrated Ferry in Esquimalt. Enjoy this memorable journey on one of the most notable ships along the British Columbia coast! This means that 6:00 pm is used in Canada and is 18:00 in my video. In English, the usual 17.70 m is 17,70 m here. JustFerries! Videos of Ferries & RoRo ships.
