With his experience in dancing New Style, Hip Hop and House, he has become a well-known and established part of the dance scene, both locally in Germany and internationally. His dance is characterized not only by precision, extreme body control and isolations, but also by the influences of his traditional dance experience. Apart from his mastery of various dance styles, he uses his creativity to better express his feelings and energy. Meet DASSY: Dassy is one of the most electrifying performers in the scene. She's known as a popper, but her dance experience also extends to locking, hip hop and house. With an extensive background of performing on TV with So You Think You Can, winning competitions like Dance Delight and collaborating with the Femme Fatale trio, Dassy continues to maximize creativity in her opportunities. "I get my creativity from watching a show, judging, going to eat food – everywhere. When I see ice melting, I get ideas from that. So what's next? I want to keep healthy and take care of myself so I can dance as long as possible. I want to inspire people to love and respect the style I’m doing, which is popping, and share my knowledge with them not only as a dancer, a competitor, and as a role model, but also as an artist." Meet MAIKA: Maika’s hip-hop style involves a lot of full-out movements. When dancing, she takes her time in feeling the music and responding to it. In battles, she's not afraid to get up close to her competitors and engage with them. Many times you can catch her smiling as she battles. In the past few years MAiKA claimed titles at World Dance Colosseum (2011 Winner, 2012 Winner, 2019 Winner), CASIO Dancer Contract, Juste Debout Hip-Hop (2012 second Place, 2016 Winner). “Take your time to rethink yourself and dance. If you take time and give all your passion to that, you'll able to find your own style that will represent you.” Meet SHUHO: Shuho hails from Japan and describes himself as a dancer, choreographer & movement artist. He started dancing at university, although he was first influenced by house music during his middle school years. Shuho was the core member of The House Dance Project for 5 years after moving to New York, the hometown of House dance. His style also combines Chicago Footwork and acrobatic moves. Currently, he is a member of Tokyo Footworkz and has won multiple competition titles including 10time Finalist for Dance@live. Meet ICHI: Ichi hails from Japan is most known for his locking dance style. An active member of the local dance community, he often holds workshops and classes to teach both beginner and advanced dancers. Aside from being a teacher, he is also a competitor, having joined various dance competitions around Japan, and sometimes features as a judge in popular battle events. Meet LUWAM: Born in Nuremberg, Germany, Luwam Russom began dancing in the year 2004. She began by dancing in showcases before focusing on freestyle dance. Dancing freestyle gave her the ability to express herself more and create her unique style. Throughout her career, she has participated in various dance events and battles including Summer Dance Forever and Juste Debout. At SDF she reached the Top 24 and at Juste Debout she qualified for the Top 16 Finals in Paris, becoming the first hip hop German female dancer to participate in the Top 16 at Juste Debout Paris. When she's not dancing, you can find her active in the commercial and film industry, most recently in the upcoming cinema movie "Fly" and in a Disney Paris Series this 2021. Luwam is often requested worldwide for her artistic work. With all of her experience, she continues to lead as a role model for many young aspiring female dancers in Germany.
