Yeeepeee we got our shiny new chain plates so it's time to mock it up and get all the prep work done to get them set! As we get excited to set them up, we made a point to have a rigger come by and assess our standing rigging. So let's take down the head sail, making it more assessable for him to inspect. As we assess all our standing rigging and what do you know....yes we need to change all our rigging now too!! OH NOO!! Bummerrrr!!! Then it's go time!! The scary moment of drilling more holes in Alivo. 27 holes to be exact!! Seems like a breeze right?! Drilling through 1/2 inch stainless steel will be easy peasy!!
