If you love options trading, then there was some great news for you this week. The Nasdaq is asking the S.E.C (Securities & Exchange Commission) to list option expirations three times a week for a handful of popular individual stocks. Currently, most stocks have expirations once a week on every Friday, and some of the popular ETFs have expirations every single day! That's amazing. So, if the request passes, then we'll be able to trade certain stocks that have option expirations three times a week, and if that goes well, it'll be bumped up to five times a week. Truly, every day could be a 0-DTE opportunity. This will just give options traders many more opportunities to make money. We like that!
