Family-Friendly Fun — Whatever the Weather: The museum provides a huge variety of aircraft and history along with a variety of family-focused interactive activities—including; 4D theatre experiences and VR flight simulators! (BRI WAS FINALLY TALL ENOUGH!) Little ones can let off steam in the fantastic aviation-themed outdoor playground, complete with a mock control tower, mini hangar, and climb-in aircraft! Free Admission & Great Facilities Admission is free for all which it great value for families — though donations are welcome . Onsite parking costs around £7.50 for cars £6.50 if you pay in advance which is what we did) The museum is highly accessible, with baby-changing areas, accessible toilets, wheelchair-friendly layouts, and loaner wheelchairs or scooters available  A café, picnic areas, and gift shop are available on site for snacks, meals, or souvenirs - we did however take our own picnic (although we got ourselves a pin for our family collection and Bri a lollipop from the shop!) Educational & Engaging for All Ages: The aircraft exhibits are beautifully presented and there is lots of informational signage From history buffs (Luke) to curious youngsters (Bri) there’s something to stimulate everyone’s interests and as a family there’s something for all of us!
