In order for them to be together they have to meet secretly. Tarzan wants Pocahontas to be with him but she has a duty to her people. One day she goes to Tarzan's tribe to meet him. But is spotted and when she is going to be attacked Tarzan fights. But never seeing Tarzan being violent scares Pocahontas and Tarzan himself. Tarzan goes to Pocahontas to apologise and see if she is OK, not yet sure Pocahontas does not answer. Tarzan taking the silence as his answer decides to leave afraid that he may hurt her again. Upon finding out that Tarzan is leaving Pocahontas remembers Tarzan's face and realises that no matter what she loves him. She goes to him to tell him but he does not listen. Once on the boat he is tricked by Clayton who wants take control of Pocahontas's land and tells Tarzan about his plans to kill her people. In anger Tarzan yells and Pocahontas hears him. They both go to each other. When Pocahontas arrives she sees Tarzan and Clayton fighting. When he defeats him Tarzan sees Pocahontas and finally realises where he belongs.
