Run by Mr Er Tong Hua in an old coffee sjop at Pek Kio, this hidden gem specialises in making the famous 'Der-Kar-Dang', carrying on the heritage started by his grandfather. Now in its 3rd generation, the stall continues to impress with its marvellous dish characterised by densely packed gelatinous pork jelly. Using pork knuckle, the making process is nothing short of tedious, including poaching, torching, braising, deboning and chilling. But the end result is definitely worth a trip to the stall!
